By downloading, installing, or using Questly ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Questly is designed to be operated by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of their family. It has no separate child login — all setup, task management, and reward decisions are made by the adult using the device. If you are under the age required to accept these terms in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must accept them on your behalf and operate the app.
Questly only tracks the tasks, Coin values, and rewards that a parent configures. The app does not verify that a task was actually completed in the real world, or that a promised reward is fulfilled — both remain the responsibility of the parent operating the app. Questly is a coordination tool, not a guarantee or enforcement mechanism.
"Coins" are an in-app scorekeeping mechanic only. They cannot be exchanged for real currency, cannot be transferred outside the app, and carry no monetary value of any kind, inside or outside Questly.
Family data you create in Questly is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.
You agree not to use Questly for any purpose that is unlawful, or to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app's normal operation.
Questly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular family's needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Questly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including disputes between family members over tasks, Coins, or rewards.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Questly after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
